The Digital Engagement Coordinator is an innovative and detail-oriented individual that will lead our donor email campaigns and drive website optimization efforts. This Digital Engagement Coordinator crafts compelling email content to engage current and prospective donors, ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly and deliver measurable results.

This role will also analyze website performance, implement enhancements to improve user experience, and optimize content to align with organizational goals. The Digital Engagement Coordinator is a key role in strengthening the organization’s digital presence and fostering deeper connections with our donor community.

Time Commitment: 2 hours per week

The Program Coordinator will lead the development of our groundbreaking Pacific Islander Collegiate Network program.

This role will develop, implement, and oversee program frameworks that foster a mutually enriching partnership, enabling undergraduate participants to share their experiences and provide mentorship to IslandHer Fellows. In return, our organization will offer valuable support through supplies and financial resources, ensuring a dynamic and impactful exchange.

Time Commmitment: 4 hours per week

The Governance Committee is tasked with ensuring that the organization operates ethically, transparently, and in accordance with its mission and values. The committee oversees the Board’s recruitment and evaluation, the Fellowship application process, as well as the scholarship program.

Time Commitment: 2 hours per week, plus a 1 hour virtual meeting each month
